Roast snapper Ginger Sauce


material:

+) 750 gr white snapper
+) 2 cloves garlic, mashed
+) 1 teaspoon salt
+) 1 pc lemon, take the water
+) 1 tablespoon cooking oil

Ginger Sauce:

+) 2 tablespoons cooking oil for sauteing
+) 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
+) 200 gr onion, slivered 4, sliced
+) 3 knuckles ginger, thinly sliced
+) 1 knuckles turmeric, finely sliced
+) 5 lbr ear mushrooms, soaked until fluffy, drained, sliced
+) 2 stalk green onion, chopped 5 cm
+) 250 ml broth
+) 1 teaspoon salt
+) 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
+) 1 / 2 tsp pepper powder
+) 1 tsp vinegar
+) 1 tablespoon cornstarch, dissolved in a little water

Method:

+) Remove gills, scales, and fish stomach contents, wash clean.
+) Cut crosswise into pieces 3 cm.
+) Mix the garlic, salt, lemon juice, and cooking oil.
+) Stir well, coat the entire fish, let stand for 20 minutes.
+) After the flavors mingle, grilled over charcoal embers / in the oven while inverted until cooked.
+) Heat cooking oil.
+) Saute garlic, onion, ginger, and turmeric until fragrant.
